We are proud to showcase this recently completed renovation to an existing house in the Gold Coast Hinterland. The design brief was to enclose the centre part of the house to utilise the open dead space in the middle of the house. The hi-set central roof design provides the house with an abundance of natural daylight while being sympathetic to the existing exterior appearance of the house and increasing the useable area of the house. The hi-set windows provide passive ventilation to the centre spaces keeping the house cool in summer. The upper floor level added allows breathtaking views over the natural bushland and valleys beyond.
